Concessional Registration

Concessional registration at reduced rates is offered to Fellows, Trainees, Students, Nurses and Technologists. To qualify for this discount, applicants must be working as a resident, registrar, nurse, technologist or student and when registering, must provide documentation supporting their current status in one of these categories.

Cancellations

Cancellations of any conference reservations received in writing by the Secretariat prior to 28 October 2005 will attract a refund of 75%. Cancellations of any conference reservations received in writing by the Secretariat between 28 October and 11 November 2005 will attract a 50% refund of all fees paid. Regrettably no other refunds can be given because of charges incurred by IES 2005 on behalf of participants.
